Prepare Your First Pilates Class

On the night before, have a good night sleep, place or pack your exercise attire ready. Things you might need for online class includes, exercise mat, water, towel, props like water bottle, cushions, or dumbbells.

Finding a well ventilated, undisturbed space, have your charge cable ready, extra speaker or earphone, connecting your display to a larger screen will be helpful too.

For in studio classes, just bring your exercise bag and show up minutes earlier than your appointment time. Most studios would have everything ready awaiting your arrival. However, be ready to make health and travel declarations during this pandemic period.

Investment for your health will always be the best you made. Expect to pay from RM 10 to RM 100 for online group classes, and RM 50 to RM 200 for online private session.

In studio group mat class usually range from RM 15 to RM 50, group equipment class estimated from RM 50 to RM 120. Private one on one class, is widely priced from RM 80 – 400, depending on experience, facility, equipment and various factor.
